Update: Our Account Was Activated Today, We found out they have a UK Telephone number as opposed to the Support email given to us, Thank you to Nicholas for addressing our Concerns---------------------------------------05224498Our Experience with these guys so far is actually a joke,We have been trying to open a Business Account for over a Year and Half.The reason this is taking so long is down to the Poor Customer Service and Basic / Vague Communication skills of their Representatives.If a document is unsatisfactory you are left with the comment "Insignificant" , literally no explanation as to why. Recently we were asked to provide a Memorandum and Article Of Association, This also came back as "Insignificant", then a response from them via email"To help us finalize your application, we will require the following:- the copy of the memorandum and articles of association signed by the directors."We are going out of our minds here, because signatures were not requested first time round !!Getting the signatures is not the problem, it is the fact we always have to wait a minimum of 48hrs for a review (Even though it is their error) no such thing as prioritisation for a Business Client. We have sent over 20 docs so you do the math!! (This is why it is so exhausting and it has taking over 1.4 years so far)Our confidence in you is at an all time low, all this says is that we will tread carefully, because God Forbid we get funds stuck in our account and you refuse to release like everybody else who has complained here.
I cant entire say it was anybody's fauIt, butI tried doing two wire transfers, bad idea. My bank rejected 1, and the intermediate bank rejected the other. Took 1 month for a return. But I had an agent, that assited me the while way! Great woman, but I suggest being nice to them, very detailed and patient and they will do their best to help you. I suggest using Visa Direct Pay for anybody that lives in the Caribbean. Fast and Easy.
