I cant entire say it was anybody's fauIt, butI tried doing two wire transfers, bad idea. My bank rejected 1, and the intermediate bank rejected the other. Took 1 month for a return. But I had an agent, that assited me the while way! Great woman, but I suggest being nice to them, very detailed and patient and they will do their best to help you.
