Taking edges to verify new account, Nobody reach out to explain whats the problem. They say takes 24hrs but mine is beyond 48Hrs and no communication. Later its found that I send a document with PO box which is not accepted, but guys ,it took a long time before I was told what the problem was. Then I uploaded the correct documents then again took more than 24hrs of which i was forced to contact their customer service to find out what the issue was and I was told I need another document; tax compliant from my country even though this is not stated on their web page, how was i supposed to know. so they reject your application and later tell u to upload a new document that's not stated anywhere. Anyways others can try and find out how convenient this broker is. My account is active. Will review their deposits and withdrawals soon. On the Positive side i will say their spreads are very good. better than many brokers.
