Very pleased with Customer Service

I contacted customer service as I wanted help to upgrade my cabin. I was a bit apprehensive as this would be my first cruise and first timw booking through Seascanner. Erin was very helpful and very friendly on the phone. She immediately made enquiries for me with the cruise company and sorted an upgrade. She contact me the same day to sort arrangement and payment. I was also able to contact her via email if I had any further questions and always received quick responses. I was very impressed with the support I had and it has made me wanting to book with Seascanner again. Thank you Erin :)
