This is our first cruise, and having booked our cabin without really looking into it, we decided to upgrade, we were delt with and supported by Naomi who represents our booking agent, Naomi was excellent in every aspect to our request with excellent response to our emails, with contacting P&O on our behalf to smoothly transition our upgrade.
