1. I could not load up the page for payment, and had tried for 2 days. Sent chat enquiries and waited very long and was ended due to busy enquiries. Finally , I got it done in other day using different brower but the lowest room rate was gone and i had to pay more than 100pds/ person. 2. After a week, I sent enquiry for adding a friend in my booking. NO response over 3 days. Live chat enquiry was ended many times saying too busy & no agent is available to handle. I have called the telephone number 0330 0417349 and waiting time was over one and half hour, Once I got someone to respond me, then I could get the answer or advice on how to proceed. Quite frustrate to make change or ask for advice online. If they can reply email within 2 days that is more acceptable, but 3 days with no response make us very worry if anything goes wrong and missing. Anyway, online booking procedure is clear and effective, price offers are usually attractive. Regards,C. Leung
