Mitch was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with my MSC discount code for my booking. He took the time to understand my issue initially when I had been passed around by other customer service agents from different companies and given incorrect contact numbers. He then promptly made direct contact and solved my issue with MSC the following day before ensuring I could make the correct booking at the discounted price as advertised.
