We booked a Cruise for 5 May, 2025 in December 2024. We were looking forward to it, but unfortunately, among the three cabins, one couldn't make it. We tried cancelling it, they advised us to go with the insurance with a claim, and provided no further help.We saw our cabin sold to someone else, Double money for MSC or Seascanner, and a big loss for us.No phone number to call also makes me frustrated.Next time, I will book directly.
