When I first started using Prime Opinion, it was nice and they paid quickly. I did surveys but also game offers. I did more game offers because they paid better and was more enjoyable to do for me. However, certain games didn't register reward when I finished them, so naturally I went to support. This happened 3 times and the first 2 times I let it slide when they told me there is nothing I can do and i always got the same copy/paste answer of "stop doing this offer and try something new". The third time is when I really got mad, because I was about to earn 10 Euros for one offer I worked hard for and didn't get rewarded. I contacted support and they told me to make a screen video the game and to show my email/username, etc. I did all that and uploaded it to WeTransfer as they said, all to hear that they couldn't verify that I actually completed the offer and the the offer partner couldn't register it. Again, for the third time, they tell me "stop this offer and try a new one". Yeah, right. And the ultimate slap to my face was the next day when WeTransfer emailed me with "Your files haven't been downloaded yet" warning, because it will expire. Really?? They didn't even check the video. How pathetic. Worst customer service ever. My advice would be to use it wisely and go for easy earning bucks. Don't work yourself for a big reward. And FYI: I NEVER used VPNs, changed devices or did anything out of the ordinary to cause myself not getting rewarded for an offer, which is what they keep telling me all the freaking time.
