Unfortunately, the recent changes have made the login process much more difficult and frustrating, especially when using the mobile app.The verification process is not clearly explained, and the visual layout is confusing and poorly designed on the app. It’s hard to understand what steps need to be taken, and overall, the user experience has significantly declined since this feature was introduced.Please consider improving the clarity and design of the verification system, particularly for mobile users. A more user-friendly and intuitive approach would be greatly appreciated.
