Despite providing clear proof and following every step in their process, my case was closed without explanation and with no meaningful support.What’s worse is that I wasn’t even asking for a refund in the end—I simply wanted to know what action Payoneer takes to protect users from scammers. The answer? Nothing. They continue allowing the scammer to use their platform with no consequences, no investigation, and no transparency.Their only response was to remind me that “all transactions are final” and suggest I “contact the recipient”—who, as I already explained, is unresponsive because they’re the scammer.Payoneer presents itself as a trusted payment solution but takes zero responsibility when things go wrong. There is no fraud protection, no follow-up, and no accountability.
