***Update from 1 to 4 stars: My issue is still not 100% solved, but Payoneer support is helping me a lot, and in a week, everything should be working fine. (It seems like my case is not very common, and I can understand that)***I have been using Payoneer for many years, and throughout that time, the platform has been very reliable. However, I had to move to another country and initiate the account migration process, and this is where the nightmare began...It's been about 45 days since I started the migration process and it's still not done, all the services I had contracted to my Payoneer cards are now being cancelled because my cards are paused and not accepting payments, my balances are frozen, and although I provide all the documents they ask me for the migration, they have left me in limbo, without an active account, with frozen balances and with cards that are rejecting all payments...I went from being very happy with Payoneer to considering switching to PayPal, as I receive payments to my Payoneer account. However, I am now hesitant to continue receiving them there, given the increasing difficulties I've encountered while working with them.In my last communication regarding ticket 250528-013445, they informed me that they would notify me when the problem was resolved. However, after five days, they closed my ticket without explanation. Today, for the third or fourth time, I am contacting support again to see if they will finally complete the account migration.It's a shame to have to write this review, as I have worked with Payoneer for many years, and it has worked flawlessly. However, this latest experience has been horrendous and has made me very hesitant to continue using this platform.I hope someone from Payoneer reads this review and helps me resolve my issue (That is the reason I'm writing my ticket reference here). I would be willing to delete this review once they have completed my migration process and transferred my frozen balances to the new account.
