I started the Payoneer registration process through a Google Summer of Code (GSoC) link but couldn’t complete it immediately as I was waiting for documents. Before I could finish, my account (which I hadn’t even set a password for) was closed.I contacted Payoneer support multiple times. At first, they told me to try registering again with a different email. That didn’t work. Later, I was told the problem is due to the GSoC-specific link — my account is tied to it by customer ID, so no new registration works, even with a new email.Now I’m stuck. Payoneer says I need a new link from GSoC, but GSoC rules say they can’t help with locked accounts. I’m not banned — just unable to register at all.
