ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – PAYONEER IS A SCAM-LIKE SERVICEI opened a brand new Payoneer account on a trusted friend’s recommendation. This was my first time using their platform. After creating the account, I completed all identity verification steps. When I contacted their support team to confirm if everything was in order, they clearly said: “Your account is fully verified. You can start using it to receive and send payments.”Soon after, I received my first-ever payment — a $100 transaction. Suddenly, Payoneer asked for address verification, which I submitted immediately. I then ordered a virtual card and again asked for an update. Their support once more assured me: “Everything looks good. Your card is under review. You'll be notified shortly.”Just a few hours later, I received an email: “Your account has been blocked.” No reason, no explanation — nothing. I contacted support in shock, and they simply said: “You violated our terms and conditions.”When I asked them to clearly tell me what exact policy I violated, they refused. All they kept repeating was: “Read our terms and conditions.” How is a user supposed to know what went wrong if you won’t even tell them what they allegedly did?Payoneer is holding user funds, collecting sensitive documents, and then shutting down accounts without any transparency. This is unacceptable and feels like financial abuse. Users are left with no explanation, no solution, and no access to their own money.Payoneer, if you’re going to block accounts — at least have the decency to provide a solid reason. Hiding behind vague policy violations and refusing to answer is not only unprofessional but also shows a complete lack of respect for your users.I strongly warn others to think twice before trusting Payoneer with your identity and money.
