However, your reply still offers no new information, no follow-up email with a concrete update, no timeline, and no resolution—only the general statement that you are "doing your best."You asked me to "please kindly consider adjusting your review's rating" once the issue is solved. Let me be perfectly clear and make you a promise:The moment the full refund is confirmed in my bank account, I will immediately update this review to 5 stars and will happily write about how your team successfully resolved the issue.Until that happens, my 1-star review and the detailed timeline below accurately reflect my current experience: waiting for my money with no clear end in sight. I look forward to a swift resolution.------------------------------------------------------I am updating my review to respond to Payoneer's public reply and to highlight the direct contradiction in your communications.On Trustpilot, your team replied regarding issue [250513-005158] on June 17th, claiming my refund was "processed".However, I received a later email from your support agent 'Rich' on June 24th regarding the same issue, under a new reference number [250624-002758]. This email clearly states the payment is "still being handled by the relevant department" and will take a longer timeframe than usual.You can verify this using both ticket numbers. This is a direct contradiction that proves the issue is NOT resolved. The conflicting information is unprofessional, and I am still waiting for my money. My 1-star rating remains until the funds are actually in my bank account.-------------------------------------------------------Payoneer has held my money for over 2 months so so-called 'account review. 9 days ago, they sent me an email confirming they 'remitted' my refund. The money never came. Today, their support team told me the payment is 'still being handled.' They are providing contradictory information and have failed to return my money. Their service is unreliable and I strongly recommend against using them."
