I've been using the platform for a few years now, its good but could be better, if you like to day trade this is the platform to use, quick pre-set trades with a single click, perfect. The main issue i have is to get funds out, you need to request them, which keeps getting rejected, I've sent them my bank statements multiple times as proof its my bank account, but i have to go through this process every single time, I then have to contact the help desk to rectify the issue and get the funds released. With that being said, i have always got my funds and ill keep using the platform because it suits my trading style, but i really wish they would fix their in house review to releasing funds.
