Horrible experience, Huddersfield staff being racist

My husband tried to book an appointment for viewing, they asked so many questions (even personal questions, for example why does he need 3 bedrooms, when he told them ita ? ?s because the family visits him very often, they asked back if the family coming to live with him, they have to do the application form too??!! Excuse me but what? They are coming for visit ...and why does he need 3 bedrooms and garden? They have other properties with 2 bedroom...and other stuff) she kept holding the phone on him, took all his details.(it took 15 minutes!!) The agent last question was when my husband got really angry, a ? ?ARE YOU BRITISH CITIZEN?a ? ? ... we didna ? ?t even understand this, why is she asking it when he has a Greece accent! (She could heart it in the first questions/answers) and why is it so important, as therea ? ?s nothing rules or laws for agencies to only give the property to British citizens. She said we must be British citizens to take the house!! She was very disrespectful, we never felt so offended in the UK before. We are both in shock, this is pure discrimination and racism. Worst agent ever. Not recommend.
