WARNING! DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY WITH LINLEY & SIMPSON. They are extremely unhelpful, only interested in taking your rent and increasing the rent more than inflation, by over 10% each year. They were never willing to negotiate this, what they decided was gospel. When asking for repairs to be done, it seemed like a massive inconvenience for them, like you were asking them to donate a kidney or something.Youa ? ?ll be lucky to get your deposit back in full when you leave as they will find the most minor and petty things to charge for, they dona ? ?t understand that lived in houses will never be perfect but this is what they expect. The branch manager at Wakefield was not pleasant to deal with and never helpful.
