The redemption of my reward to Pay Pal was quick and easy, but I am having issues with some of the games I have downloaded. The game will track for a while and everything is great and then I am unable to access the game. The system just acts as though the game does not exist. This has happen twice and it is very frustrating. The help ticket is of no help in addressing the problem because it is designed for a specific activity or reward achieved. A general question takes 30 days for a response and by that time my time to play has expired. There should be a way to contact support, but I can not find it.
