I was unable to complete the cash out

I was unable to complete the cash out of the Amazon e-card. The problem seems to have been on Inbox Dollar's end. I tried to reload the ID app. However, as a result, I apparently ended up with two accounts. The current account will not allow me to submit receipts for credit. This whole affair could have been avoided if ID had customer service available.
