I booked at a hotel through this company. Due to a mistake, I inadvertently cancelled the reservation. I called the company immediately to fix the issue and reinstate it. It has now been 5 days of calling them and they are (1) saying that the reservation cannot be reinstated; and (2) the hotel is not agreeing to refund me. I contacted the hotel directly and confirmed that the hotel does not actually have my funds. Guest Reservations does and they are basically choosing to keep my money while telling me the issue is with the hotel, not with them.Essentially, they will take your money without hesitation as long as there are no consequences for them.EDIT: changed my one star review to a three star. After multiple calls, including calls to the hotel, I was reimbursed for the funds I was charged. I spent 3+ hours on the phone, but I do acknowledge that at some point they conceded and accomodated.
