I have attempted to make a few transactions from my Future au money account to my other account which is also in my name a few weeks ago. Payments were automatically declined. Then I received emails from them asking me to schedule a phone appointment which I did. I had to cancel all of my meetings to make myself available. I never received a call, instead I received an email saying that apparently I wasn't available and needed to schedule another slot which I did. This has occurred a few times. I have emailed them each time stating that I was available and was awaiting their call to confirm the details but they have never called me. Yet they're saying that I apparently missed the call. I have never received any missed calls or voicemails. I have never in my life experienced such slow and irresponsible service. Now my money is stuck on Future au and I can't withdraw it to either of my accounts.
