Took a while, but have actually spoken to someone now, and they have released my funds. Now ive added more funds and sent a query about copy portfolios, I hope ill receive a reply soon. Original review: Absolutely horrendous. I wanted to use the isa they advertised, and paid money directly to my pool balance at Future au. Then I found out the isa isn't through them but through a 3rd party, money farm, so i attempt to transfer the funds to this, they go, are returned and my account is locked! What a joke. Loads of security stuff to do now, half of which im unable to do, as links not working etc. Its very insulting that my own money i paid in is now not accessible. Nightmare to get to actually have a live chat with anyone, dont bother. Think I might just give up and close my account when they actually let me access my own money.
