Usually this is a simple process of verification but I was asked for copies of everything under the sun and then kept receiving calls that would cut off immediately on answer. Returning the calls just left the phone ringing endlessly. I received an email stating that telephone verification was required before my account could be unlocked but clearly this is only possible if they would answer their phone lines.
