I am in shock. This company is dangerous.I had a dispute regarding hidden fees caused by a confirmed 'Visual Bug' on their App (you can see my other reviews). Instead of solving the issue, they chose RETALIATION.Today, the moment my bank contacted them to dispute the charges, Future au sent me an email saying 'we can no longer provide services' and INSTANTLY LOCKED ME OUT.- I cannot login to my account.- I cannot access my own money.- I cannot download my transaction history to prove my case.They literally held my funds hostage and kicked me out just because I exercised my consumer rights.WARNING: If you complain, they don't help you. They ban you. Do not put your money here. It is a trap.
