I'm platinum and my nickname is "nhieunhientran63" there is a bug in "Refer a friend" , I have invited a friend of mine "Nhieunhientran43" at 15th November, he invest money and keep the money inside Future au. I never get any rewards after 7 days even if he didn't any withdrwal request. I can't open a ticket also, I can't chat with an agents, so platinum membership for what. I will bet that support never fix these bugs, specially "refer a friend". I will change the review after they fix my issue!
