I was kept updated on the expected delivery date every couple of weeks and was phoned two days prior to confirm the actual delivery date. I was emailed a link and given a time slot. I was then phoned by the home delivery team on the day. Konrad and Lee put the sofas together quickly and efficiently giving me tips on how best to look after them. Overall a very good experience. Very happy with my sofas
