Be wary of online orders and returns:Hugely disappointed with a TV stand I ordered. When it was delivered, the shelves looked nothing like the online pictures and look cheap/painted. Stores didn't have the stand in stock to view, so I relied on the online images - which are completely inaccurate and misleading. To return an item, you have to pay 25% of the original purchase price for them to collect it or get it to a Furniture Village warehouse yourself (not your local shop) - mine is over a 40 min drive away. If you opt to chose another item, they still charge you 10% reselection fee.
