Future customers beware. I complained about poor workmanship of an expensive leather suite that came from Italy. I asked for them to replace it and the only resolution they would offer was return of the goods with a credit note to be spent instore NB NOT a refund - minus 20% penalty -'? ?688. So I was effectively being "fined" 20% for the poor manufacture of their expensive Brechia Italian leather furniture. Expensive it is. Comfortable and well made it is not. The making of this furniture was outsourced to a factory in Italy, presumably for cheapness and nobody in UK checked the quality so Im left with an armchair where one arm is left without stuffing and the sponge on the seat is sloping so that I am thrown to one side and left sitting against an arm. It really is absolute rubbish. I also felt insulted when the engineer sent to check it said "Its meant to be like that". A dishonest stitchup. Awful quality and customer service and wont use again and will spread the word to friends and relatives. Customers beware something crooked going on here. Now Im waiting for another predictable AI response from customer services which is how I came to be offered the previous laughable solution. Dont bother.Date of experience: 10 April 2025
