I visited the Norwich store to purchase a mattress. Chris was very approachable, professional and knowledgeable. He was also very patient when I couldn't make up my mind between two different mattresses. He patiently explained the differences. The mattress has not been delivered as yet so I am unable to comment on the delivery experience.
