I have submitted all the required and relevant documentation, yet they continue to withhold my funds. Despite clear evidence that the transfer originated from the correct account, they claim otherwise. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience a ? ? their service is unhelpful and unreliable. I strongly advise others to avoid using this company. After I posted this review they called me and now want to try and sort it out! I have paid by a digital card and they cannot refund the card because the cvv changes every 15min. I have supplied bank statements and proof that the initial funds came from the bank account and 4 withdrawal attempts later still nothing!!!
Worst withdrawal timing, i requested a withdrawal 12 hours ago , it's not arrived yet, even it's showing as completed in the transaction status, 90 minutes after that, i haven't received it yet, crypto transactions usually processed instantly.
