I have been trading with Finsilica ltd for close to a year now and have made withdrawals close to $3k and Yesterday I lost all my trust with them.Prior to the FOMC news the server temporarily shutdown and I couldn't login to close my trades.My Trades were in profit and when the news was about to be released I couldn't login.I chatted support and I was no 166 on the queue where I waited for so long to be responded to.When I got responded to I was told to write a mail to IC global support with details of my account and trades affected and investigation would be carried out. I did all that and this morning they responded laying a stupid and heinous claim that my trades were opened 2 hours after the server came back up which was a big lie. My trades were closed less than an hour when they claimed the server came back up.Regardless of their claim being right or wrong the fact still remains that the server downtime would have cost me a loss regardless of when I was stopped out because I was in profits and I would have closed before the news release.Another issue I face with them is their withdrawals, the policies are too much and it is not seamless in any given way.Henceforth I'll be closing all my accounts with them and be on the hunt for a better broker.
