I made an error in my booking, purchasing a ticket which was not suitable for my travel. The website was very unclear, if it even offered the option I needed at all.When I asked 12 hours later for a refund after explaining the issue in detail, the customer services team refused multiple times to consider my issue or propose any resolution. The team were both surly and completely unhelpful.I recommend booking with the ferry company directly and do not use this company for your travel.
