Ioanna Chatzi assisted me and my wife in getting full refund for the return ferry tickets after the ferry was cancelled due to strong winds which prevented the ferry from leaving Pireaus Port. The strong winds unfortunately left me and my wife in an unfortunate situation as we couldn'? ? ?t proceed with our journey to Santorini via the ferry along with our booked vehicle. Ioanna Chatzi was very apologetic and professional in assisting us throughout the process in seeking a full refund as we could not reschedule our trip due to our short stay in Greece as we were travelling from a very long distance (Australia). Ferryscanner along with the ferry provider (Seajets) we'? ? ?re very understanding and agreed to arrange a full refund. We have travelled with Seajet before on many occasions and will continue to do so as they not only provide excellent ferry services, but they also assist their customers in unfortunate circumstances, as they did in our situation.
