I had booked a 10:30am ferry from split to Bol. The ticket didn'? ? ?t say where to get the ferry from, which wasn'? ? ?t too helpful, so I asked someone at the harbour who told me the ferry didn'? ? ?t exist and the next one was 11:45am. Customer service first told me I had missed the ferry, which was incorrect, then effectively told me it wasn'? ? ?t their problem as they sell what they'? ? ?re told to. The customer service agent was not helpful and didn'? ? ?t apologise or tell me about the next ferry, just that they'? ? ?d enquired with the operator which isn'? ? ?t helpful when I need to get the next ferry. They sent me to a ticket office for a completely separate company (albeit similar names), who obviously couldn'? ? ?t help, and I only managed to get the 11:45am ferry with help at people from the harbour. Would not use again.
