Huge mistake from the company and really disappointed. I had cancelled my reservation due to a mistake in the dates, and made a new correct one right away. Due to a delay in the refund, i contacted with the helpdesk to ask for the reason, and they ended up cancelling my right reservation. Their mistake totally, as i had clearly typed the booking number i had cancelled, but didn't bother to check. Due to their mistake, lots of money lost and not a word.. Never trust the company ever again!! Really amateurs at their job..
