The cancellation and the refund procedure is ok. What is not ok is that we have to go to Miltiadou to take paper tickets and it is not possible to have them electronically and that you give two options only to cancel or keep open. I just wanted to change the ticket from poros to kyllini with the same company and you dont give this possibility
