If tickets are printed and you need to make changes to your trip, you have to go to their office to make those changes. Which is all good and well except when your ferry gets delayed and you're on an island where THEY HAVE NO OFFICES. Also, I only had tickets printed and not just on my phone because THEIR SYSTEM wasn't working and wouldn't accept my booking number and phone number. So no refund for the tri which now doesn't suit me and booked tickets through Openferry instead which has a working website and you can get your tickets online with no hassels. NEVER use ferry scanner, not helpful in the slightest if you have any issues with your trip.
