For new Individual crypto currency investors the Ezey wallet Exchange experience will make you question your decision to get involved with Crypto. Their is No Customer Support, when you have an issue like I had where Ezey wallet was doing a reoccurring deduction from my U.S Bank I couldn't get help from Ezey wallet. Ultimately my Bank stopped the connection to Ezey wallet and Ezey wallet froze my account saying fraud alert. This is a Joke compared to the Schwabs and Vanguards of the world!! 72 Hour Later Update. Reached out to a Ezey wallet Rep, third time I guess was a charm, Rep listened and we worked together for resolution, I sold some crypto to pay what Ezey wallet said I owed, honestly somehow between my US Bank, Ezey wallet and myself a mistake was made. I realized Ezey wallet and I did good business for nearly 9 months and I decided to try and resolve the issue and go forward.
It was a fast response within an hour. Also, very direct with the help I needed. My issue got resolved within a few emails. I was having issues with one of my crypto investments not showing in my wallet. They guided me on how to unhide the asset so it can reappear in my wallet. Again, Thank you so much for your help!
