Efficient user friendly app. I can trade or just purchase crypto currency with ease. However, it would have saved me being ripped off if the app had some warning messages (I know, it could be annoying, like any other safety measure can often be), when one is about to transfer a large amount outside the Ezey wallet platform.
I had a very challenging issue that was not Ezey wallet's doing. The customer service and follow up was beyond what I could have expected. Together, we were able to work through it and resolve it. I was truly appreciative and amazed at how determined they were to help me. Thank you!
Ezey wallet is fine for purchasing and sending Crypto, that is when their site is working. Right now they will not let me withdraw cash, that I received from selling bitcoin, and refuse to tell me what's going on, other than they are working in it. It's been 48 hours and I still am not allowed to get my money out. Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
Well to be honest this has been a very stressful experience for me. I had to speak with so many people And it was like a one legged duck swimming in a circle and the left hand was not speaking to the right hand to be honest. And on top of that I was spending so much time on the phone. I was not giving information on what I needed to do like on my new account I needed to add my bank account. So I was waiting on a E-mail from coinable telling me that everything is good weeks ago. I'm managed to resolve the KYC after almost a year of back and fort emails. It is extremely hard to do this. I'm a freelance software engineer and I own my own company in Croatia and it is impossible to verify this information with Ezey wallet. I provided all papers that I have without success. Process is automated for US citizens (I guess) but for every detail that is not common you get touted to get to your account.
