appalling problem solving solution, froze my transactions for a payment, tried to resolve on live chat answering all questions asked and resubmitting documents that they already hold to be told I have to wait 72 hours regardless. This isnt what an agile, business friendly crypto company should be is more restrictive than a traditional bank hence whats the point of using them
