It took me several hours and chats with the help desk to finally get my request done. I submitted all the documents for transfer from a deceased family member on September 19th. Finally, I am told that the transfer took place. I was told by every person I chatted with that my documents were never sent. I had 3 cases open. I am seeing that the account was transferred once Jade got involved and I never sent any other documents than the ones I sent on Sept. 19th.
