I had an extremely disappointing experience with Elkee.I was charged $292 simply because I accidentally clicked the account upgrade button. I immediately contacted customer support to explain that it was a mistake, and that I had not used a single service after the upgrade. Despite this, they refused to issue any refund.What makes this worse is that the upgrade button provides no confirmation step at all. One accidental click and the payment is processed instantly. This kind of design feels very misleading and unfriendly to users.It honestly feels like Elkee is intentionally setting traps for customers to make money, rather than protecting users from honest mistakes. A company handling financial services should have higher ethical standards and more transparent processes.I am very disappointed and would not recommend this platform to others.
