I had to spend way too much time on unlocking my old account (which was under my other email address). Except for the very last customer service support person (Julia), the rest of the people who were handling my ticket were quite unhelpful. I had to repeat the same task "multiple" times, without them explaining to me what was the plan to resolve the issue. I gave it 2-stars only because of Julia and the fact that her service was professional, well-explained and timely.I had to open multiple cases to finally have someone in the customer service (Julia) who was reading my emails. All the few previous ones were just copy/pasting the same boilerplate steps, instead of reading my emails and paying attention. Julia explained to me why I needed to open a new account and what are the next steps to resolve the issue.
