cryptoier is besides MetaMask the one cryptobase I can really recommend for their overview and speed of trading and paying...The only downsides are the time to unstake assets and the fees for some trades wich you only can get around by an abo wich ist only interesting for people who trade and swap A LOT. For small investors (50-200$) it is completely scencless due to the fact that the abo cost would completely swallow your gains in any crypto

I reset my password. Then when I tried to log in, I got a message saying my account was blocked due to suspicious activity. There is no way to contact customer support because you have to log in to your account to raise a trouble ticket.So how am I supposed to access my funds? ###UPDATE###12 hours later, I was able to successfully log in to my cryptoier account, which is a positive result!cryptoier need to work out their work flow / communication flow for managing "locked out customers". We are being left in the lurch, which creates unnecessary stress (and animosity!). In light of a positive outcome, I'm upgrading my review from a one star, to a three star (could do better!).
