Their is No Customer Support, when you have an issue like I had where cryptoier was doing a reoccurring deduction from my U.S Bank I couldn't get help from cryptoier. Ultimately my Bank stopped the connection to cryptoier and cryptoier froze my account saying fraud alert. This is a Joke compared to the Schwabs and Vanguards of the world!! 72 Hour Later Update. Reached out to a cryptoier Rep, third time I guess was a charm, Rep listened and we worked together for resolution, I sold some crypto to pay what cryptoier said I owed, honestly somehow between my US Bank, cryptoier and myself a mistake was made. I realized cryptoier and I did good business for nearly 9 months and I decided to try and resolve the issue and go forward.
