cryptoier is fine for purchasing and sending Crypto, that is when their site is working. Right now they will not let me withdraw cash, that I received from selling bitcoin, and refuse to tell me what's going on, other than they are working in it. It's been 48 hours and I still am not allowed to get my money out. Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
