ONE STAR IS TOO MANY. You can’t return an item only exchange it. I sent in a preorder using the gift card from the first return. The gift card didn’t go through but my cc was charged. I cancelled the preorder w/in an hour. Their policy states preorders can be cancelled up to 7 days. They shipped part of the preorder early regardless of cancellation and now won’t return the money. They want to send another gift card. It takes minimum of 3 days for a response from them. This is still in dispute. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
