This was a HORRIBLE company to deal with! The customer service is an absolute joke. I bought a voucher on Groupon last year, forgot it was a disaster, and did the same thing this year. For 2 years in a row, this company was unable to process the voucher. Why? Well, they give you all sorts of excuses. You didn't clear your cookies... your billing info was wrong... you added the wrong size to the cart... our server was down. This was all from just this last experience. They WILL RIP YOU OFF! If they can't figure out how to get their website to deal with the Groupon vouchers, then maybe hire someone who knows how to make that work. Oh, and the best line... we need a PDF screen shot from your computer, not your phone to help you. Ummmmm okay. Right. Should someone tell them that people are going to be using these from phones or tablets most of the time and we don't take screenshots from our computer? SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and use a different company. Update: I did reach out. Multiple times. So the response to this review is not a true reflection of your customer service. Every email I sent was the same exact thing, with various excuses. People can get on Groupon and read all the reviews; almost exactly what I'???ve experienced. I literally laughed out loud please send us your order number. Ummmm no order number as stated above. HELLO. The voucher didn'???t work. OH MY WORD. Avoid this company.
