Review Time
I have had some indifferent experiences with BOnline communications since upgrading my service - notably poor automated systems that send out multiple spurious emails about termination of service. However when calling up today to find out details about the engineer attending tomorrow to switch on the upgrade to Fibre service, I had an excellent customer service assistant Shaaista Sohan who was very efficient and helpful and answered all my queries.
I have been a bOnline customer for 2 years now. While they are primarily business oriented I have used them for my residential property. I can't recommend them highly enough. The service has always been exceptional. On the rare occasion where I did have an issue, there customer service team were extremely helpful and quick to solve the issue.When my contract came to and end they were very helpful in closing my account. I spoke to Judy who was extremely polite and kind. This was particular nice during the stressful process of moving house. I cannot sing her praises enough.When the time comes for me to choose a broadband provider again, I will be sure to go back to bOnline!
